John McCusker´s book on Kid Ory is now compled. John has corrected the information in the picture.

1) Some of the members would have been teenagers in 1905. The LaPLace Ory band photo was likely shot in 1910 and not 1905.

2. 2)Further, the violin player is Johnny Brown (Not Raymond Brown, there was no Raymond Brown in Ory's band) then it has to have been shot around the time of Ory's move  to New Orleans as Brown was not from LaPlace but New Orleans.
   

3. 3)The bass player is Foster Louis, not Harry Forster. Foster Louis quit when Ory moved to New Orleans so the photo was likely not shot after 1910.
   

4. 4) Edward Robertson, not Robinson.
