1940s KID ORY´S HOUSE IN LOS ANGELES
Barney Bigard (”With Louis and Duke”) talks about Kid Ory´s first house in Los Angeles.
Location of 1001, 33rd Street, where Ory live in the 1940s.
He (Kid Ory) and his brother John were in some kind of partnership. Ory lived on 33rd and Central and his brother lived on 37th Street. John had this huge back yard where they were raising chickens and a few turkeys.
